IURC Approves Emergency Rate Increase

Temporary Telephone Outage

The Indianapolis Water call center (631-1431) experienced a temporary phone outage resulting in intermittent busy signals for customers calling to speak with an on Tuesday. Phones will once again be down on Friday, July 3, 2009 starting at 6:00 a.m. to finish the repair. The outage is expected to only last one hour. If, during this time, you experience a water emergency and need to contact us, please use the following number: (317) 710-3658.
