Awards and Recognitions
Veolia Water Indianapolis has been recognized for increasing minority- and women-owned business participation, protecting the environment and being a good corporate partner in Indianapolis. We are proud to receive the following awards and recognitions and to live and work in central Indiana.
Indiana Department of Environmental Management, Hoosier Water Guardian, 2008
The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) recognized our efforts, and those of our partners at the Marion County Wellhead Education Corporation when they presented us the first ever “Hoosier Water Guardian Award for Outstanding Distinction.” The award is the highest level of distinction achievable under IDEM’s Hoosier Water Guardian program and we are proud to receive it. The program recognizes communities that go above and beyond water quality standards for wellhead protection, and take additional, voluntary measures for preserving and protecting our valuable water resources.
