Billing

Your account will be billed monthly. Your meter will be read every other month. The billing you receive in between the bimonthly readings will be an estimated reading based on a moving average of your water usage. This estimating logic is approved by the state's utility regulatory commission. Your bill shall be the sum of (a) a base charge based on the size of the meter through which you receive service, (b) a volume charge based on the amount of water consumed and (c) a city of Indianapolis sewer charge, if applicable. This includes any fees from installation services, the Department of Public Works or other sewer companies.
