Late Payment Charge

Bills which remain unpaid for a period of more than 17 days following the mailing of the bill by Indianapolis Water shall be delinquent. If a bill becomes delinquent, a late payment charge in the amount of 10 percent of the first $3.00 and 3 percent of the excess of $3.00 shall be added to the bill.
